Help file can be viewed when the Shapes for Pixelmator Pro app is opened. Once downloaded, the application is located in the Applications folder on your Mac. Open it from your Applications folder or through the Launchpad. Then, select "Help" from the top menu of Shapes for Pixelmator Pro app.
